HIRING UNIT: COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE STUDIES
TITLE/RANK: Instructor
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Includes teaching at least four sociology courses per semester as assigned. Classes include, but are not limited to, Introductory Sociology, Race and Ethnic Relations, Women, Gender, and Society, and Social Problems. Possible involvement in sociology senior assignment mentoring.

SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Sociology required; College or university teaching experience required. The ability to teach a wide range of sociology courses such as Introductory Sociology, Race and Ethnic Relations, Gender, and Social Problems.
