HIRING UNIT:  SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
                         DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT & MARKETING

TITLE/RANK:
  Instructor (Subject to budgetary approval)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Two positions are available, and each will teach eight courses per academic year in Business Communications, Group Project Skills, or Marketing. Other courses in Management or Marketing may be assigned depending upon qualifications. One position is likely to incorporate responsibilities in curriculum and learning resource development, coordination of graduate assistants, and management of Assurance of Learning processes. All instructors are expected to maintain professional or academic qualifications consistent with AACSB expectations

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT: Academic, term, beginning immediately, possibility of renewal, 100%.

SOURCE OF FUNDS: State

SALARY RANGE:  Commensurate with experience.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:  Applicants must have at least a Master’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field and at least 3 years of experience in a business, communications, marketing or related position, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Prior higher education teaching or corporate training experience is a plus. Preference will be given to graduates of AACSB accredited institutions. These positions are contingent upon funding.
