The following is a current civil service vacancy at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Applicants compete by examination. FOOD SERVICE CASHIER (Part-time 54%) - FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:15pm to 8:15pm and Saturday from 11:15am to 7:15pm. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Description: The purpose of this position is to provide fast and accurate reports of food purchases. This position is responsible for proper money handling techniques of all payment transactions in the University Center Food Service areas.

Starting Salary: $11.94 per hour
