FOOD SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR I-FOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Hours: Monday thru Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Description: This position ensures that the standards of Chick-fil-A and SIUE are met and surpassed at all times. This person will also supervise daily operations in maintaining quality store operations, maximizing financial contribution & supervising employee development. The Food Service Administrator I may be assigned other related tasks in support of the department's mission and goals.
1. High school graduation or equivalent
2. Two years of food service supervisory experience (University training in dietetics, hotel management, institutional management, or related fields may be substituted, year for year, for experience.)
If required by the position to be filled, the operating unit may require that the two years of experience have been in a specialized area (such as meat cutting or bakery operation), in which case university training in dietetics, hotel management, institutional management, or related fields may be substituted, year for year, up to a maximum of only one year of the required experience.
Starting salary: $2,629 per month
