IT TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE/RESEARCH DATA SPECIALIST - ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT
Description: Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management, this position will assist with the development of enrollment reports and analysis to be used to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention processes. The individual in the position will master the use of Banner Student Information System, EMT, and ACT data reports and other sources to provide the Assistant Vice Chancellor and other Enrollment Management units with data necessary for careful planning and solving unanticipated problems. The Research Data Specialist may be assigned other related tasks in support of the department’s mission and goals.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Knowledge of computerized Student Information Systems, specifically the Banner system.
3. Proficiency with PC software such as MicroSoft Office, SQL, and other related data and report writing programs.
Additional experience desired by the hiring department:
a) Higher education experience in admissions, financial aid or enrollment management is preferred.
b) Experience with upper administration in a University setting preferred.
Starting salary: $4,091 per month
