University Housing has numerous leadership opportunities. From Area Council to NRHH, our staff takes the opportunity to get to know and understand the strengths of each resident. Getting involved can be intimidating, but the rewards are invaluable. Find a friend and come to a meeting today - Area Council and the Residence Housing Association (RHA) have weekly and bi-weekly meetings open to the general public and can introduce new ways for you to get involved and contribute to your community!

Residence Housing Association (RHA), Area Councils and the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) are each student organizations within Housing. Each group has their own executive board, goals and purpose. RHA is open to all University Housing residents, Area Councils are specific to each community and open to all residents of that community. NRHH is an invitation-only student organization that recognizes the top 1% of students in Housing.

University Housing also offers leadership opportunities as a job! We hire Resident Assistants, Desk Managers, Family Resource Center staff and Student Maintenance Workers throughout the year. Visit our Employment Opportunities page for more information.
