The Single Student Housing Contract covers the nine month academic year, August 2007 - May 2008.
Residents wishing to cancel their housing contract must follow the cancellation procedures described in the Single Student Housing Terms and Conditions.
Canceling housing during the contract period is limited to the following reasons: withdrawal, graduation, academic suspension, marriage, serious illness, military induction, counseling considerations, and death in the immediate family.
All requests must be made by the December 1 deadline. After the December 1 deadline and before the beginning of the Spring Semester check-in, the resident pays the entire Fall Semester rent, in addition to a $300 contract cancellation fee. Those requesting cancellation due to graduation will not be required to pay a fee if their cancellation request is received on or before December 1st.
