University Housing

Site Navigation

Woodland Hall opened August 1994 and houses first year residents. The activity wing has a multifunction room, conference room, 24-hour computer lab and classrooms. In addition, Woodland Hall is home to Students Improving Society (SIS), our newest Living Learning community. SIS is a community for students who desire a more cohesive community and want to make a difference by experimenting with green lifestyles and group initiatives.

Woodland Hall is home to the Residence Housing Association (RHA). RHA sponsors programming and provides funding to Area Hall Councils and residents in University Housing for programs. This group also acts as an advisory board to the Director of University Housing.

Bluff, Prairie, and Woodland Halls feature suite-style living, with two residents sharing a room and four residents sharing a bathroom.  Each living unit is furnished with two twin bunkable beds with extra-long twin mattresses, two desks with a desktop book shelf, two chairs, two three-drawer chest of drawers, blinds, wall-to-wall carpet, and spacious closet.

All residents of Bluff Hall, Prairie Hall and Woodland Hall are required to purchase a meal plan.
