The Transfer Transition:
Located on one wing in Woodland Hall, the Transfer Transition is a specially designed community for students transferring to SIUE from other colleges and/or universities. This community focuses on assisting its residents in their transition to SIUE campus culture. Residents will be exposed to various campus resources; both academic and social, have the opportunity to experience SIUE life with students who also are new to the university, but are not necessarily freshmen, and lastly, residents of the Transfer Transition community will take part in activities geared directly to meet the specific needs of SIUE transfer students.
Transfer students wishing to become part of the Transfer Transition community should indicate their interest by completing a Transfer Transition Application and e-mailing the application to Lisa Israel.
