The Business Focused Interest Community houses pre-majors in the School of Business including Accounting, Computer Management, Economics, Finance and Marketing.
Students will share living space with others who are pursuing professional degrees in the business industry.
Students will have the opportunity to interact with a faculty fellow from the School of Business as they prepare to apply for the program and may also get the opportunity to learn from companies such as Edward Jones and Well Fargo as they build their resumes.
Traditional programs have included a Business Scavenger Hunt which allows the students to interact with different professors from the School of Business.
For the 2012-2013 academic year, the Business FIC will be located in Woodland Hall.
New students wishing to become part of a Focused Interest Community should indicate their interest on their University Housing application.
