In order to be admitted to the University, nursing and pharmacy students must comply with the immunization requirement for all accepted students. Please see the immunization section for this information.
Nursing students are to meet several health requirements for admission into the SON. Please see the SON student handbook for health mandates.
All of the required health related records must be downloaded into the School of Nursing designated web portal which will clear you to participate. All of the requirements can be completed in Health Service & the student will be given copies to download per School of Nursing directions.
Pharmacy students are to meet several health requirements for admission into the SOP. Please see this link for the official health mandates.
The School of Pharmacy will collect your health data and issue your clearance to participate. All of the requirements can be completed in Health Service and a copy of the requirements can be sent by campus mail or picked up by the student to hand carry to the School of Pharmacy.

Immunization records are being accepted for newly enrolled students and are due the 1st day of the term. If you are non-compliant, a HOLD will be placed on your ability to register for next semester. See Immunizations for further information. A fine of $25.00 will be levied the 4th week of the term if a student remains non-compliant.
