Laboratory test(s) ordered by SIUE or outside physicians and SIUE women's health clinicians may be performed for a minimal fee for students, faculty and staff. Please call 650-2842 for prices, appointments, and questions.

News & Updates

Immunization records are being accepted for all students entering FALL semester 2008. A HOLD will be placed on your registration for failure to comply with this mandated requirement by August 25, 2008. See "Immunizations" for costs and further information. A fine of $25.00 will be levied by the 4th week of the term if a student remains non-compliant.

Proof of insurance is required for International Students
If you have not turned in proof of health insurance for the FALL semester by August 25, 2008, a HOLD will be placed on your registration and your classes may be canceled. See "International Students" for further information. A signed letter of intent to turn in health insurance for each semester must be signed before the HOLD is lifted.

A $25.00 fine will be levied on any student for failure to turn in a complete immunization record.
