CHAPTER 1

This chapter contains a description of the Graduate School as well as some of the facilities and services that operate in support of graduate education. Information is given on regulations and procedures related to admission, degree requirements, advisement, transfer credit, double majors, grading system, retention, and graduation. Types of financial assistance, tuition and fee schedule, determination of legal residency for the purpose of tuition and fee assessment, and procedures for withdrawal and refund of tuition and fees are also described.
