IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS!

Please read before downloading the international applications
at the bottom of the page.

Please be sure that you meet the admission requirements for the graduate program that you want to enter. Read about the requirements in the Graduate Catalog. If you want to know if an exception can be made to the requirements, then contact your area's graduate program director BEFORE you submit your materials and fees.

Your Application for Admission to an SIUE Graduate Program MUST include the following materials and the application fee.

1. An OFFICIAL copy of your TOEFL Score Report or the equivalent IELTS score.
   We can NOT make admissions decisions based on photocopies!
   
2. CERTIFIED, OFFICIAL copies of your academic records. We can NOT accept photocopies!
   
3. A COMPLETE International Student Financial Form, including: A BANK STATEMENT that is less than 90 DAYS old and on BANK STATIONERY or another official form.

   We can NOT accept photocopies, outdated statements, or unofficial statements!

Please Note: A graduate assistantship does NOT cover all expenses. It will be necessary to document additional funds of approximately US $2,000 to US $5,000 depending on the assistantship's percent of appointment and rate of pay.

We want to evaluate your application quickly. However, we will NOT be able to process your application if these materials or the application fee are missing!
