The Office of Faculty Development and Diversity supports the recruitment and retention of a diverse faculty at SIUE by making funds available to deans in the hiring process for summer research and graduate assistants.  We also provide resources to chairs and search committees to assist in the recruitment of a diverse faculty.  We welcome the opportunity to assist you in the recruitment of a diverse faculty at SIUE.
