• Early Head Start: Infants to Three Years Old & Expectant Families
  
• Head Start: Children Three by September 1st to Four Years Old
  
• Age Documentation Needed For Children: Birth Certificate, Letter from Illinois Department of Children & Family Services, or Medicaid Card
  
• Income Documentation Needed for Children & Expectant Families: Prior Year Federal Tax Return, W-2 Form, Two Current Check Stubs, Letter From Illinois Department of Human Services, Letter From Social Security or Letter From Employer
