Title IX

This session focuses on raising awareness and preventing sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence and provides an overview of the University's requirements under State, Federal, and University policies, including the Sexual Harassment Policy and the Sexual Assault, Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence Policy.  This program is led by the Title IX Coordinator, Chad Martinez.

Religion in the Workplace and Classroom

Although religion is rarely discussed at work or in the classroom, it plays an important role in many lives. With this in mind, this program offers practical strategies for accommodating the religious diversity of our employees, students and others. Employment Law Update

Search Committee Briefing

This session covers the dos and don'ts of a Search Committee. Americans with Disabilities Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) provides a clear and comprehensive national mandate for the elimination of discrimination against individuals with disabilities. This training program covers the basic requirements of the ADA, including providing "reasonable accommodation" and avoiding ADA complaints. Leader for the training are Ms. Kelli Hampton, Mr. Paul Pitts and Ms. Phyleccia Reed Cole.
