Dr. Tournier is an assistant professor of physics at Lewis and Clark Community College. During his Ph.D. studies at the University of Missouri, Rolla, Dr. Tournier’s research projects included: RF and Terahertz frequency sensor optimization for the Army Research Lab; and contribution to ongoing research through DARPA and the ARO in cooperation with the MURI (Multi University Research Initiative) at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Dr. Tournier’s current research interests include the theoretical Modeling of small signal sensors, and the experimental optimization of sensing systems from the radio (RF) through terahertz frequency regimes.
