Include in your packet:

• Completed Application Form [DOC] [PDF]
• Two (2) completed teacher recommendation forms in sealed envelopes
• Essay that clearly explains in 500 words or less:
  • In which major you are interested
  • Why you are interested in this major
  • What you think you will do with this major after you graduate
• (This essay can also be used for the Meridian Scholar Program and ISPE St. Clair Chapter Scholarship Program.)

Have your ACT Scores sent to SIUE by March 1 if they are not included on your high school or community college transcripts.

The PIECES Scholarship Committee will also review your official high school or community college transcripts as part of the selection process.
