Use the Application Checklist, under "Forms".
Send your application packets to:

Have your packet postmarked by March 1.
Have your FAFSA on file by March 1 and make sure to include SIUE (code 1759)
Have your ACT Scores sent to SIUE by March 1 if they are not included on your high school or community college transcripts.
The PIECES Scholarship Committee will also review your official high school or community college transcripts as part of the selection process.
Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged via e-mail.
Applications will generally be reviewed and decisions made by early April.
