Based on the applicant's transcripts, the Admission Committee chooses appropriate prerequisite courses. As of May 2006 the following lists are being used. Note, however, that these lists are subject to change. The lists are based on an applicant already having a BS degree in an engineering discipline. In no case, will an applicant be admitted who requires more than four prerequisite courses. The following courses must be passed with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 and a minimum grade of C in any course. Up to three courses for graduate credit can be taken before completion of these prerequisites. It is up to the Advisory Committee’s discretion whether additional courses may be taken before completion of the prerequisites. However, in no case will an M.S. degree be granted before the prerequisites are completed.
