Job Description
This is nine-month, full-time, tenure track/tenured nursing faculty member holds responsibility for teaching in the School of Nursing, for service to the School of Nursing and other constituencies relevant to the mission of the organization, and for scholarship relevant to the practice of nursing, the nursing profession, or the education of nurses.  Major teaching responsibilities include undergraduate or graduate program in the areas of medical-surgical, pediatrics, maternal, child, public health, nurse practitioner, health care, nursing administration or school nurse.  Programs are CCNE accredited through 2018 

Doctorate (PhD, EdD, DNS, DNSc, DNP) required for faculty position.  Women’s health, nurse practitioner with teaching experience and research experience in Woman’s health preferred.  RN licensure in Illinois and Missouri required. 

Terms of Appointment
Academic, tenure-track, 9-months continuing, beginning August 2014.
