Child Care Assistant (Part-time, 80%)
Head Start (East St. Louis)
This position assists in the supervision of children, coordinates and performs duties in the food service area in the Head Start Centers. The Child Care Assistant supports staff in the implementation of learning experiences provided to the children, their physical needs, as well as, care and maintenance of the Center environment.
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services require that early childhood and school-age assistants have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).
