Job Description/Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Child Development Supervisor include implementing curriculum, preparing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, implementing family style dining, classroom management, individual child observation, conducting screening, maintaining records, making home visits, and scheduling/completing parent-teacher conferences.  In addition, individuals in this position are responsible for obtaining outcome measures information. 

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree.

Personal Attributes Needed to Undertake Job
Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, nurturing, and problem solving skills.

Terms of Appointment
This is a full-time, continuing nine month (September-May) position with an option to defer compensation over a twelve month period.

$2,833 per month
