School of Engineering
Periodically, the School of Engineering may have various openings throughout the year (AY 2014-2015 and Summer 2015) for various full-time, non-tenure, academic year term instructor appointments and part-time, non-tenure, semester term Lecturer appointments in any of the following School of Engineering departments: Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Construction, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Industrial & Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
An advanced degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in course content and fluency in the English language are required for appointment carrying teaching responsibilities.
Terms of Appointment
Academic, non-tenure, term, percent of appointment varies.
Source of Funds
State of Illinois and/or Extramural awards.
Commensurate with training and experience.

About the School of Engineering
The SIUE School of Engineering offers one of the most comprehensive engineering programs in the region with nine undergraduate degrees, five master's degrees and a cooperative doctoral program. Students learn from highly qualified faculty in the classroom and laboratory, as well as through undergraduate research projects and student chapters that participate in collegiate competitions.
