Learn to Play Piano at SIUE

Have you been dreaming of playing the piano for years? Are you sorry you gave up those piano lessons years ago?
Do you want to learn to play the piano with other adult beginners?

SIUE’s Department of Educational Outreach offers the opportunity to learn to play the piano in a relaxed, no stress (no grades or tests!) environment with other adults.

• Piano for adult beginners — learn the basics of playing the piano! You’ll be introduced to note reading, rhythm, basic chords and improvisation. Learn to play a few simple songs and progress at your own pace.
• Intermediate piano classes — learn more advanced piano skills and perfect your own style. You can bring in your own sheet music to learn during class!
