As a public service activity of the University, leisure learning activities are open to adults and teenagers, 16 years of age and older, throughout southwestern Illinois and the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be a student, alumni, or employee of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to enroll!
These activities are designed to provide opportunities for personal enrichment and leisure time learning. These activities are operated on a cost-recovery basis and are supported solely by nominal registration fees.
SAVINGS OPPORTUNITIES
- EARLY BIRD: All registrations received at least 1 week PRIOR to the start of class will save $15 off of the published registration fee.
- LIFELONG LEARNING MEMBERS: All lifelong learning members (50 years or older) are eligible to save an additional $5 off of the published registration fee. (Call the office to become a member 618-650-3210!)
