Developing High-Impact Surveys

· Learn best practices of organizational survey research
· Design reliable, valid surveys for a variety of organizational purposes
· Become a skilled consumer of survey platforms

Surveys II: Survey Analysis for Data-Driven Decision-Making

· Administer, interpret, and make decisions based on organizational surveys
· Analyze and survey results to inform decisions.
· Create survey reports that clearly communicate key survey data

Structured Interviews: Elevating Your Hiring Process Using Structured Interviews

· Maximize selection accuracy through improved interview design and scoring
· Develop effective interviewing skills
· Design high-quality structured interviews to improve successful hiring in your organization


Courses are self-paced but material is sequential. Courses can be completed as quickly as desired but each course will only be active for a five week period. The learner can sign up for the course at any time during that window and will then have five weeks to complete the course. For example, the first course will have access available for five weeks from registration date. Registration will be active from February 5 until March 12, 2018.
