Admission Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Official GRE scores. Please use Institution Code 0701: SOUTHERN ILLINOIS-EDWRD CSDCAS
• Three letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation are ONLY accepted electronically via the CSDCAS portal link
• Resume (maximum of 2 pages)
• Transcripts from all schools attended. If currently enrolled, fall transcripts with grades posted must be provided for application to be complete. (final transcript with degree posted is required before processing for admission). All official transcripts MUST be sent to CSDCAS at: CSDCAS Verification Department; P.O. Box 9113, Watertown, MA 02471
   

Exit Requirements

Students must successfully complete all academic and clinical requirements, pass the Illinois test of Basic Skills, pass a comprehensive examination or defend their thesis to successfully complete the graduate program.
 

Application Deadline

The application deadline for the graduate program is January 15 for the following fall semester.

All transcripts, GRE scores, and letters of recommendation are to be submitted through the Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS) portal link at: https://portal.csdcas.org/ . We encourage students to read the FAQ’s (accessible through the applicant portal) before submitting their application.
