Admission Requirements

Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Official GRE scores
Three letters of recommendation. (Download forms.)
Resume (maximum of 2 pages)
Application and application fee
Transcripts from all schools attended and application fee submitted to the Graduate School. If currently enrolled, fall transcripts with grades posted must be provided for application to be complete. (final transcript with degree posted required before processing for admission)

Exit Requirements

Students must successfully complete all academic and clinical requirements, pass the Illinois test of Basic Skills, pass a comprehensive examination or defend their thesis to successfully complete the graduate program.

Application Deadline

The application deadline for the graduate program is January 15 for the following fall semester.
