Option 3 is for those candidates who hold a current teaching certificate in an area other than Special Education but who are seeking LBS I certification. Potential candidates must apply for an evaluation for a subsequent certificate through the Office of Clinical Experiences Certification and Advisement (O.C.E.C.A.).
