Community Health Education
Community Health Education is an expanding field built on the significance of preventive health care. Community health educators utilize educational skills and knowledge of health issues to assist the public in maintaining and improving their health and well-being. The Community Health Education option leads to certification as a Health Education Specialist in public health agencies; volunteer and private agencies; hospitals and other health care settings in business, governmental, and industrial settings.
