School of Education, Health and Human Behavior graduates teach in nearly every district in Illinois, in every state in the nation and in many countries around the world. Not only is the School committed to fostering tomorrow's educational leaders, the School also prepares professionals in a multitude of fields:
The School is also committed to forming partnerships with a variety of educational, service and business entities in order to advance research and innovative practices across a broad spectrum of professions and community organizations. Faculty members not only perform research in schools throughout the region; they are also actively engaged with P-12 educators to establish effective curricula and teaching methods.
The School of Education, Health and Human Behavior is also engaged with the SIUE East St. Louis Charter High School to provide underrepresented students with the chance to succeed through a rigorous curriculum that will prepare them to be college- and career-ready.
Through community outreach and additional scholarships, the quality of the learning and research experience is elevated for both current and future professionals. Your support will provide increased visibility to SIUE and the School of Education, Health and Human Behavior and enhance the School's capability to make a lasting and positive difference both regionally and nationally.
