The requirements for admission to the M.S.Ed. in Instructional Technology are a bachelor's degree and a GPA of 3.0 or above (A = 4.0) during undergraduate work. Students with an undergraduate GPA between 2.5 and 2.9 will be admitted with conditions. Students with a bachelor's degree below a 2.5 might be admitted.
Students enrolled in either a Professional Development Sequence or Post-Baccalaureate Certificate must complete all required coursework with a grade of "B" or better in each course. Students enrolled in the M.S.Ed. must successfully pass all required coursework, participate in the process of successfully developing and submitting a juried portfolio, and make a presentation to faculty and other students at the end-of-semester symposium.
The Instructional Technology program accepts applications throughout the year. The deadline for application during any given semester is approximately one month before the start of that semester's classes.
