    &lt;li&gt;Master of Science in Education&lt;/li&gt;&#13;

&lt;p&gt;Persons already holding a master&amp;rsquo;s degree may complete a certification only or specialist option&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Teacher Certification: Type 75 &amp;ndash; General Administration&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;h3&gt;Why Educational Administration?&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;This program affords teachers the opportunity to advance to the principalship or to numerous other leadership positions in public schools.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;h3&gt;Educational Administration at SIUE&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Three programs lead to the General Administration Certification (Type 75) in Illinois and/or Initial Administrative Certification in Missouri: (1) A Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree Program; (2) A Specialists Degree Program for students who already hold a Master&amp;rsquo;s Degree, and; (3) A Certification-Only (non-degree) Program for students who already hold a Master&amp;rsquo;s degree, but do not wish to pursue an additional graduate degree. The Educational Administration programs are delivered at several off-campus locations.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;h3&gt;Career Outlook&lt;/h3&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The General Administrative Certification (in Illinois) covers all administrative positions except Superintendent, Director of Special Education, and Chief School Business Official; this would include such positions as Assistant Principal, Principal, Director, and Assistant Superintendent. This program also meets the requirements for Missouri (Initial) Elementary and Secondary Principal Certificates.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
