    SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH VISION IMPAIRMENTS

 Students with visual impairments participate in regular classes at SIUE and have access to the latest in adaptive technology. They also have:

• priority registration
• alternative test administration
• volunteer note takers
• access to tutoring
• assistance with obtaining books on tape
• large print tests and handouts
• CC TV
• personal computers with voice activated software
• campus mobility instruction
• temporary loan of special equipment
