Disability Support Services
 | Students who have documentation stating that they will need extended time when taking tests must follow our test taking procedures. In order to take a test in the Disability Support Services office using extended time, a Test Release Form must accompany all tests. Please read the Test Taking Procedures to answer any questions you may have regarding the proper use of the Test Release Form. |
| Students requiring volunteers to take notes for them in their classes, should follow the guidelines outlined in Procedures Involving Volunteer Note Takers. Again, this accommodation must be indicated in their documentation. |  |
