<p><strong>Charges:</strong><br />There is a $5 charge for each transcript request. Please make check payable to: Southern Illinois University.</p>
<p><strong>Eligibility: </strong><br />Former students and currently enrolled students who have paid their University charges are entitled to receive, upon written request, transcripts of their academic records. Students who have outstanding loans at the time they leave the University will not be issued transcripts until they have completed the "Sign-out" process in its entirety.</p>
