Welcome to the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. We take great pride in providing a dental education that allows our graduates to be recognized nationally as competent general practitioners of dentistry. Through hard work and dedication, the students at the SIU dental school have helped propel our dental education program to a consistent and prominent level of excellence.
Earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree is never easy, and perhaps should never be easy. However, the faculty and staff at the SIU dental school understand the rigors of dental education and strive to help every student reach their fullest potential. The faculty and staff truly are behind our pursuit of excellence in dental education.
The SIU dental school’s success can also be attributed in part to the generosity and support of our alumni and friends. It is only through the continued commitment of our growing number of alumni and the caring friends of our institution that we could continue to grow our successful educational and clinical programs, always with an eye toward the future to provide the most current dental education possible.
