Need for Private Support

The goal of SIUE Intercollegiate Athletics is to provide young adults with opportunities to realize their full potential as students and athletes. Our purpose is to create opportunity for students. Private gifts are essential to advancing SIUE Athletics.

Now more than ever we must rely on your support to ensure that our facilities and programs meet or exceed those of our fellow NCAA Division I competitors. It is crucial in the coming years, as we solidify our NCAA Division I participation, that our athletics programs have access to the resources they need to successfully compete at this level.

Student government overwhelmingly provided their support for our growth through an increase in student fees. Just as our student athletes have demonstrated what can be accomplished through solid teamwork, we must join as a team and meet the challenge to raise additional funds for SIUE Athletics. Your support will have a direct, positive impact on the lives of student athletes and the entire University community.

Your support will allow us to:

• enhance our facilities;
• increase athletics scholarships;
