|Meet the Trainers|
Our Personal Trainers can provide you with the tools necessary to work towards your fitness goals. All of our trainers either hold a national personal training certification or are in-house certified working toward their national certification. We offer one on one training opportunities as well as small group training options so you can train together with a group of friends.
Regardless of if you choose to take advantage of our services with one-on-one training or with a friend or two (or three), our knowledgeable Personal Trainers can help you in your quest to become a healthier you.
To begin working with a trainer, you will first need to complete a free Fitness Assessment ($25 value). Please complete the Health History Questionnaire and Personal Trainer Request Form and bring them to the Wellness Center within the Student Fitness Center today to schedule your free Fitness Assessment.
