ACE Personal Training Prep Course
Registration is now open for the ACE Personal Training Prep Course!! Please register at the front desk before February 2nd to ensure your place in the class.
Classes begin Thursday, February 2nd at 5pm and will be held every Thursday evening from 5-8pm in the SFC Large Conference Room.

Upon receiving a Personal Trainer you will also have direct access to a Lifestyle and Weight management Coach who can assist you in creating healthy habits to keep you on the right track. To sign up for a trainer, please complete the Health History Questionnaire and Personal Trainer Request Form and submit them to the Wellness Center.To give us feedback on your Personal Trainer, please take our Personal Trainer Survey.
