Personal Trainers
Our knowledgeable personal trainers are on hand to help you in your quest to become a healthier you. By putting you through a fitness assessment and consultation the trainer is able to individualize a program just for you. Stop by the Wellness Center today for more information or call 650-2935.

Lucas Novotny
Lucas

Major: Kinesiology
Bio: Lucas has 10 years of experience in cardiovascular endurance and weight training and has been personal training for a year now. He greatly enjoys and values the benefits of exercise and looks forward to helping people improve their self-image, health, and wellness through exercise.

Katelyn Bross

Major: Exercise and Wellness
Bio: Katelyn is senior in the Kinesiology program and chose the field as she has always been interested and passionate about health and the human body. She is NESTA certified and has been training in the areas of strength and conditions for about 5 years. She enjoys competitive sports with softball and volleyball being her favorite.

Stacy Gavin

Major: Exercise & Wellness
Bio: Stacy is 22 years old and is a senior in the Exercise & Wellness department. She plans on graduating in December and going to Graduate School in the Spring for Exercise Physiology. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and loves it! She loves being outdoors and training herself. She is participating in her first triathlon soon!

Bill Steele

Bio: Bill has a B.S. in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University and is a first semester graduate student in the Exercise Physiology program. After graduate school he is looking at a career in cardiac rehabilitation. Bill has a couple of years experience personal training both with weight training and cardiovascular endurance. He loves the outdoors, and all sports. He is very excited to start training, and is very easy to get along with. Bill believes in working with the client and listening to them to get the results that they want.
