

The Student Fitness Center offers five hardwood multi-purpose courts which can be used for basketball, volleyball, or badminton and one multi-purpose court which can be used for basketball, volleyball, roller hockey, soccer, or tennis. The facility also has two Fitness Rooms with top of line cardio and strength machines a Cardio Theater® system and a separate Free Weight Room. There is an 1/8 mile Mondo® rubberized Indoor Track overlooking the Gym Courts, two Group Exercise Studios, a Spin® Studio, and a full service Wellness Center with Massage Room. The SFC also boasts a Freshens Energy Zone® food service area, a TV lounge with surround sound and vending machines.
The Vadalabene Center offers the Natatorium (indoor pool), Rock Climbing Gym, four Racquetball Courts, Walleyball court, Group Activities room (half padded floor, speed bag and heavy bag), table tennis, lockers/shower rooms, and a dry sauna in each locker room.

Inclement Weather Hours of Operation
When SIUE is closed due to Inclement Weather, the Student Fitness Center will be open from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
