A lost/stolen card can be deactivated through Blackboard (login, select "Services" then "my Cougar Card" on the second tab), GET (select Southern Illinois University Edwardsville as your institution then "Login to GET") or on the GET app on your phone. A fee of $15 may be assessed for a replacement card. If the card has banking functions, you will need to call the Cougar Banking Center at (618) 655-0780 to discontinue the banking functions of the card.
You can reactivate a lost card that has been found. You can reactivate only your most recent card. Old cards cannot be reactivated.
Reactivation can be done through Blackboard, GET, or the GET app. The option to report and reactivate a lost card will appear only if you have reported your card lost.
