Everyone who participates in an academic ceremony on Commencement Day must wear academic regalia of the appropriate color and style, as approved by the University. All graduates should purchase and pick up their regalia before the day of the ceremony. Academic regalia is available at the University Bookstore.

The fees for regalia ordered on the distribution dates beginning on TBA are:

Distribution starts April 6 for pre-ordered caps and gowns.

The last day to order and pay for regalia is April 24, 2009. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fee must be paid at the time of distribution. Regalia are purchased by students to keep as souvenirs.

No refunds will be given.

The Bookstore accepts cash, personal or traveler's checks, MasterCard, and Visa.

IMPORTANT: Graduates are expected to dress appropriately for the occasion. That includes regalia, long dark pants, dark dress shoes, and a shirt for men. For women it includes regalia, dark slacks or skirt or dress, and dark dress shoes.
