Graduates with disabilities who may need special assistance should contact Rozina Coleman at (618) 650-2252 at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.
Wheelchairs will be available at Equipment Issue in the Vadalabene Center. Guests are reminded that aisles must be kept clear because all aisles will be used for the processional and recessional.
Assistive listening devices are available upon request prior to the ceremony. An interpreter is also provided. Guests who are hard of hearing or deaf should contact Rozina Coleman at (618) 650-2252 for seating arrangements.
Guests with disabilities may be seated on the ground floor of the Vadalabene Center or in marked stadium seats with only one guest seated with them. Guests who require special assistance should plan to arrive approximately 45 minutes before the ceremony.
