| □ | Apply for Graduation by January 9, 2012 |
| □ | Meet all graduation eligibility requirements. Note: participation in Commencement does not guarantee that your degree requirements have been met. |
| □ | Confirm your participation in Commencement and order your regalia by completing the form by April 2, 2012. |
| □ | Pick up your regalia in the University Bookstore starting March 14, 2012. |
| □ | Review the Commencement Ceremony Schedule to find the time for your College/School. |
| □ | Review the Commencement ceremony etiquette and instructions. |
| □ | Learn more about professional Commencement photos. |
| □ | Visit the University Bookstore to purchase announcements, class rings and other graduation products |
| □ | Request special assistance by December 9, 2011. |
| □ | If needed, contact the Commencement staff and arrange for special accommodations by April 20, 2012. |
