The Career Development Center’s On-Campus Interview program brings the employer to you! On-Campus Interviews provide students and alumni the opportunity to interview with employers for both Cooperative Education and full-time career positions in a single campus location. Since interviews are conveniently conducted on campus, students are able to schedule times that fit within their class and activity obligations. Interviews are scheduled in both the Fall and Spring semesters each year.

All interviews are held in the Career Development Center, 3126 Founders Hall. Candidates should arrive 10 -15 minutes early, dress professionally, and be prepared for the interview. To assist you in preparing for a professional interview, it is recommended that you make an appointment with a career counselor who can administer a videotaped mock interview.

In order to be qualified to interview with an employer for an On-Campus Interview, you must:

•  Meet any qualifications set by the employer.
•  Have an active Cougar Jobline account with our office.
