On-Campus Interviews

On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) provide employers an excellent way to connect with students and to conduct multiple interviews in one campus location on a single day. On-Campus Interviews in the Career Development Center are scheduled in the Fall and Spring semesters each year at no charge to employers. The Career Development Center has five rooms available for interviews, and reservation requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Career Development Center posts open schedules on our Web-based computer system for companies. Each company determines the qualifications, including majors, graduation dates, GPAs, etc. The system allows only students that meet the specified qualifications to sign up. The CDC will also be offering candidate preselection for employers that request this option. Preselect schedules require a minimum of a 4-week timeframe between the schedule posting date and the interview date. To be eligible for the preselect lists and/or schedules, students must be registered with the CDC and have their resumes critiqued by one of our counselors.

For employer convenience, parking permits will be sent to recruiters prior to the day of scheduled OCIs. Detailed maps of the University are available here.
