Dialing Instructions and Telephone Service Features

Telephone Dialing Instructions Toll free calls and calls within the SIUE telephone system can be placed at no charge. All other calls require a Student Telephone Account Number (STAN) or some other type of telephone calling card. Follow the link above or to the right for dialing instructions. Custom Calling Features The Basic Telephone service includes the following custom calling features: call forwarding, call waiting, and three way calling. Students with the Personal Telephone Line (PTL) service automatically have call forwarding to their voice mail available. Voice Mail Call Pilot Mail. Students with the Personal Telephone Line (PTL) service have access to their own, confidential voicemail box. Follow the link above or to the right for instructions on how to use voicemail.
