Call Forwarding
Type of Forward Directions
Automatically forward your phone to another

To forward your phone:

  1. Pick up the telephone handset of the phone you wish to forward.
  2. Dial Asterisk Key7 Key  then the 4-digit number to which you are forwarding your phone. If you have a Personal Telephone Line (PTL) and you want to forward your phone directly to voice mail, that 4-digit number is 3142. (Note that all calls with PTL service are automatically directed to voice mail if unanswered after 4 rings.)

To cancel the forward:

  1. Pick up the telephone handset of the phone you had forwarded.
  2. Dial Pound Key7 Key.
Forward your phone to another number only after it has rung four times

To forward your phone:

  1. Pick up the handset of the phone you wish to forward.
  2. Dial Asterisk Key8 Key  then the 4-digit number to which you are forwarding your phone. (Note that all calls with PTL service are automatically directed to voice mail if unanswered after 4 rings.)

To cancel the forward:

  1. Pick up the handset
  2. Dial Pound Key8 Key..
Call Waiting
  • Upon hearing the call waiting tone, depress the switch hook. You are now connected to the waiting caller.
  • By repeating the above step, you can alternately converse with both parties individually.
Three Way Calling
  • With the first party on the line, ask that party to hold.
  • Depress the switch hook.
  • Dial the 4-digit number of the second party and announce the three way call.
  • Depress the switch hook.
  • The three way call is established.
