To forward your phone:

1. Pick up the telephone handset of the phone you wish to forward.
2. Dial  then the 4-digit number to which you are forwarding your phone. If you have a Personal Telephone Line (PTL) and you want to forward your phone directly to voice mail, that 4-digit number is 3142. (Note that all calls with PTL service are automatically directed to voice mail if unanswered after 4 rings.)

To cancel the forward:

1. Pick up the telephone handset of the phone you had forwarded.
2. Dial .

To forward your phone:

1. Pick up the handset of the phone you wish to forward.
2. Dial  then the 4-digit number to which you are forwarding your phone. (Note that all calls with PTL service are automatically directed to voice mail if unanswered after 4 rings.)

To cancel the forward:

1. Pick up the handset
2. Dial ..

• Upon hearing the call waiting tone, depress the switch hook. You are now connected to the waiting caller.
• By repeating the above step, you can alternately converse with both parties individually.

• With the first party on the line, ask that party to hold.
• Depress the switch hook.
• Dial the 4-digit number of the second party and announce the three way call.
• Depress the switch hook.
• The three way call is established.
