Telephone Service and Repair

If you experience problems with your telephone, call x3373 and be prepared to provide the following information:

  1. Your name.
  2. The location of the phone experiencing the problem.
  3. The telephone number that is experiencing the problem.
  4. A description of the problem you are experiencing.
  5. A call back number different from the one for which you are reporting trouble.

If your call is directed to voicemail, be sure to leave a message including the information listed above, so that a technician can be dispatched from that voicemail message.

Most trouble tickets are cleared within one working day.
