Join us at the fourth annual Party in the Park from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, April 24. As a sponsor/vendor, you can:
Introduce and market your product/service to the lucrative college student market; Provide incentives for students to visit your retail location (coupons, etc.); Join your friends and neighbors in some hometown fun!
Sponsored by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, last year’s Party in the Park drew over 1,500 students and others from the surrounding community.
Party in the Park offers inflatable games, a Battle of the Bands, a children’s activity area, great food, and a variety of beverages.
Party in the Park is a great opportunity to let the college audience “taste test” your offerings. To become a Party in the Park food vendor, please use the attached form to indicate your interest, including the type(s) of food you will sell, what you will charge for your item(s), and power needs.

Campus Activities Board (CAB) will be hosting SPRINGFEST 2009 on April 20-24. Student organizations can participate in the organization fair at the following times:
***The Edwardsville City Park is located at the Edwardsville Public Library***
There are 50 spaces available (first come, first served) for student organizations. Your organization must be registered with the Kimmel Leadership Center and be in good standing to participate during Springfest.
Only one item per organization may be sold or given away per booth. Student Organizations can sell goods at a minimal fee and keep all profits!
On Friday, April 24, 2009, student organizations will have the opportunity to participate in “Party in the Park” in Edwardsville City Park. This event will include many of the activities which are held at the Edwardsville Block Party each fall. Activities will run from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This will be a GREAT opportunity for student organizations to fundraise. Download the Student Organization form. (for the week and Party in the Park)
All applications for student organizations are due by Wednesday, April 8 at 4:00 p.m. No applications will be accepted after that date. The fee must accompany ALL required forms before they are processed.
